The Alpha Communications® SS6C Class 2 plug-in power supply was designed for quick and easy installation. It is used with a variety of intercom, video and related products requiring 6VDC power. It can be used with cameras, magnetic door locks, intercoms, L.E.D.'s, electric door openers, strobes, or other 6VDC devices. The SS6C is used most often for our SM202K Duo-Com™ series intercom system, in place of the 'C' batteries. The SS6C is U.L.® Listed, and contains a built-in thermal fuse, which will blow if the power supply is overloaded or shorted. This prevents the plastic casing from igniting. Once shorted, the power supply is no longer operable. Secondary connections are pigtail wire type.
