The SS12C is a U.L. Listed Class 2 DC Power Supply that is used on a variety of intercom systems and related equipment. It is designed for convenient plug-in use.

The Alpha Communications® SS12C Class 2 plug-in power supply was designed for quick and easy installation. It is used with a variety of intercom, video and related products requiring 12VDC power. It can be used with cameras, magnetic door locks, intercoms, L.E.D.'s, electric door openers, strobes, or other 12VDC devices. The SS12C is U.L.® Listed, and contains a built-in thermal fuse, which will blow if the power supply is overloaded or shorted. This prevents the plastic casing from igniting. Once shorted, the power supply is no longer operable. Secondary connections are made using screw terminals.
