The Alpha Communications® model S1010 surface mount push-button is a universal door release push-button. The S1010 is made of White plastic, and surface mounts right on the wall. It contains a momentary, low-voltage switch assembly that can be used as a normally open or normally closed switch. This allows the S1010 to be used with almost any type of fail-safe or fail-secure low-voltage door opener. The S1010 is ideal for a typical 'egress' push-button on magnetic door lock systems.
