The PK151A is used with the NC110N, NC150N, NC150R and NC200N series nurse-call and area of refuge systems, to provide the system power and signals.

The Alpha Communications®/Tektone PK151A annunciator control unit is used only with the NC110N, NC150N, NC150R and NC200N series nurse-call and area of refuge type systems and annunciators. The PK151A is used to provide tone signal, tone silencing, tone-silenced visual indication, and 24VDC for system operation. The PK151A is U.L.® Listed 1069. The PK151A operates on 24VAC (30VA) low-voltage Class II wiring, using our model #SS106 transformer. All PK151A connections are positive barrier screw terminal type.

Call Tone: Integrated circuit oscillator with steady and warble tones available.
Connections: Positive barrier type screw terminal connections. Should be installed within 50 feet of master station.

ARCHITECTS' AND ENGINEERS' SPECIFICATIONS The annunciator control unit shall be Alpha Communications®/Tektone model PK151A, or approved equal, and shall provide tone, control and power circuits needed to operate the entire annunciator/nurse-call system. The PK151A shall feature integrated circuit call tone oscillator, and DC power supply. The PK151A shall be U.L.® Listed 1069 to the latest standards

Low voltage wiring shall be used and positive barrier type screw terminals shall be provided for installation wiring. The PK151A shall be mountable right to the surface of the wall or in the optional model IH151N U.L.® Listed junction box cabinet. Contractor shall observe all local electrical codes.

REQUIRED COMPONENTS
SS106 16/24VAC PIGTAIL TRANSFORMER. One (1) required to power each PK151A.

OPTIONAL COMPONENTS
IH151N U.L.® Listed steel junction box cabinet, in a painted Beige finish. Used to house and protect the PK151A and its wiring connections.
