The Alpha Communications® model IH700G is a popular surface back box, made of heavy gauge steel, in a painted grey finish. It is used with a variety of indoor (and outdoor) aluminum and stainless steel intercom remote stations, such as the IR107C and 'OR5' series stations (and others).

Convenient mounting holes in the back of the box allow it to easily mount over single or double gang electrical back boxes, or it can be secured directly to the wall surface.
