The Alpha Communications® model IH102 is a popular flush mounting ring, made of heavy gauge steel, in a galvanized finish. It is used with a variety of indoor intercom remote stations, including those in the 'IR1' and 'IR7' series (and others). It can also be used with some outdoor remote stations.

The IH102 is primarily used in applications where the station cannot be mounted right next to a wooden or metal stud. It is ideal for sheetrock or wood panelled walls. Although the IH102 ring can be attached to a stud, before the wall is finished, we recommend the IH101 flush backbox be used for applications requiring wall stud flush mounting.
